Busuu: Language Learning App Reviews

I am studying Spanish and German and use this to reinforce my learning and to practice. I find it very helpful. I get frustrated when I get on EVERY DAY, and it drops one somehow. Oh well

This app is fantastic! Have tied many and this is by far the best one!

Japanese should be available. This app is amazing everywhere else, but would be even better with Japanese added! ありがとうございます。

It needs to be fixed the new update didnt fix bugs it just made it no longer work at all

Immediately crashes upon opening. I should never have upgraded.

The app immediately closes upon startup. Cant do anything. The code obviously is buggy.

This last update makes it crash as soon as I open the app!!

It worked so well before! Now I cant get into it. But even before, Ive always been curious as to (and a bit frustrated at) why the voice recordings and busuu berry shop arent available on the app.

This app is so well made. It makes learning a new language fun and simple.

I really enjoying when I using this app to learn language but. Some of my friends are asked me to use this app but after we downloaded on them phone it was iPhone . We didnt find arabic language. Because of that. I wrote this review to you. Please if you can please again put arabic language in the app on iOS system in the next version. Thanks for you

i used busuu for a while and its an awesome app for language learning, but with this app, i cant learn japanesse anymore, please bring japanesse to ios again

Cant possibly describe how well it is made. Better than Duolingo. All real pronounciation from native speakers and extremely pleasant design.

The Spanish on this app uses words and phrases very particular to Spain, its not Latin American Spanish at all. I wish they had a Mexican Spanish version, or at least made it clear that what youre learning would be useless there. I found the little word boxes difficult to move around on the sentence arranging exercises, and wish they had translations on the dialogues. The most annoying part is that I continue to get advertising emails, despite deleting the app from my phone and attempting to unsubscribe from their list 5 times over the past two months. I never agreed to receive promotions from busuu, and I would strongly advise anyone against downloading this app.

I like this app. But theres always room for improvement. The text boxes are way too small for one. 2, I find myself guessing half of it. After the first vocabulary, the translation is completely gone for the rest of the lesson. You need to have translations for all of the lessons! Im not paying to guess my way through the lessons! Please fix it.

My Russian is definitely improving.

Good app, but would like to practice my writing in Russian earlier in process, like Duolingo has me do. Other fine points in Duolingo beat out Busuu.
